You will assess your own strengths and areas for improvement, practice team leadership skills, and apply what you learn on the job. Whether you are currently a team leader – or aspire to be – this workshop will help you prepare for the interpersonal and intercultural challenges of project leadership in the digital era.

WHAT TO EXPECT: Spend 2-3 hours per week watching presentations from NU instructors and other industry pros; engaging in asynchronous activities and discussions that explore how personality and culture impact leadership style and team dynamics; and building a roadmap for continuously building on your skills and experience. Visit the FAQs to learn more.
