Full course description
Research demonstrates that supportive coaching and feedback can enhance individual self-efficacy and change behaviors. But how can you deliver feedback that is constructive and motivational? How do you coach team members to continuously improve? This workshop will help you build the skills necessary to strengthen interpersonal relationships and elevate individual performance. You will have the opportunity to apply principles of supportive communication through reflective observation and personal management interviews, and develop a coaching game plan for you and your organization.
