This workshop is for anyone who strives to achieve those outcomes as it guides you through self-awareness techniques, including assessing diversity perceptions and evaluating implicit bias. You will have an opportunity to recognize and critically analyze how different cultures influence your workplace. Improving cultural awareness will enhance your ‘power skills’ of collaboration, communication, and creativity.

- Analyzing personal cultural values and compare to other cultures within your environment;
- Exploring personal perspective and articulate workplace views of cultural values; and
- Synthesizing the skills associated with career success.
What to Expect
Spend 2-3 hours per week reviewing curated materials (videos, articles, and other viewpoints) developed by NU instructors and other industry experts; engaging in asynchronous activities and discussions on power skills; and developing a strategic, personal upskilling plan to guide you toward success in today’s complex and dynamic environments.
After completing the workshop, you will receive a Level 2 digital badge signifying your participation in activities designed to apply and build your skills, and receive feedback from your instructor and peers.
